Evolve MMA and Fitness is a training centre, health club, gym and martial arts studio.

Go to Evolve's full schedule by clicking here.

At Evolve MMA, floors are cushioned. While this provides a measure of safety and eases foot pain, it also helps to focus on "sinking" for balance and helps strengthen supportive core muscles.

Our classes at Threads of Gold Institute of T'ai Chi and Qi Gong, focus on the soft internal styles of Yang Tai Chi Chuan, 24 Posture, 37 Posture, 108 Posture, and also explain the martial application of each move.

We teach Tai Chi Ball exercise, pushing hands, and a short form Tai Chi sword set.

We teach the classic Qi Gong exercises approved by the Chinese National Sports Committee, including "Baduanjin" (Eight Pieces of Brocade).

We also teach a Stationary 24 Posture Tai Chi form, developed by Sifu Malcolm, which can be performed while sitting for those unable to stand for long.

Please note:  I have been at Evolve MMA since 2014, but am looking to expand with more classes available in the area and am looking for adequate venues to rent at reasonable rates. Please feel free to contact me regarding this.
