III. Intensive Classes taught by Grand Master Chen Zhenglei himself:
1. Chen’s Taichi Old Frame One: March 14 Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
This class will cover Old Frame One standards, Taichi theories and practical application. Master Chen Zhenglei will explain the core contents of Old Frame One such as Foundation Building Training, Postures and Movements Standards. Practitioners of all levels can all benefit from such instructions.
2. Chen’s Taichi New Frame Two: March 15 Sunday 2 pm – 9 pm
New Frame Two Routine. This is the first time Grand Master Chen Zhenglei will teach this routine in Toronto. Do not miss this opportunity.
