Powering up your Martial Arts w/ Sifu Robert Walther
Chi Kung is the root of internal martial arts. It’s held positions and slow moving poses help to increase body awareness and encourage the flow of energy in its practitioners. It helps increase flexibility, strength and balance and promotes deep relaxed breathing. Chi Kung is connected deeply with the practice and methods of traditional Chinese medicine. No mater your personal fitness level Chi Kung will help you to maximize your health, physically and mentally.
Combative Chi is used to describe the power that can be generated when the mind and body are totally unified.

Relaxed Striking Powerw/ Sifu Greg Magwood
Over generations the Northern Kung Fu Systems of China have developed the ability to strike with “heavy hands”. The ability to relax in a striking situation and allow the body to work like a whip creates a significant increase in striking speed. Speed equals impact potential.
This seminar will teach techniques for developing fast and heavy hands for self defence situations.
