Riverbank Push Hands Playdays for Spring 2016
Greetings to all our internal arts friends for a new year.
The first push hands play days for 2106 will be:
Sunday, January 31 1:00 pm to 6:00pm;
Sunday, February 28 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm;
As usual, anyone who practices an internal martial art, or who wants to see internal martial arts practiced, is welcome.
We hold Push-Hands Days rain or shine and there is no charge. Feel free to invite others who might be interested.
If you are coming to Ladner by bus or ferry, please let us know in advance and we will come to the Ladner bus loop or the Tsawassen Ferry Terminal to pick you up.

Arrive when you want and leave when you have to.
After Push-Hands we often go to Danny’s Wuntun in Ironwood Centre at #5 Road and Steveston Highway in Richmond, BC, for dinner and everyone is welcome to join us or to come and meet us there around 7:00 pm for an excellent Chinese meal. If you can’t come to Push-Hands but would like to come to Danny’s just give us a call so that we can reserve the right number of seats for dinner.
We will put on the tea and provide something cool to drink if the weather is pleasant and if you’d like, you can bring a snack to share while we push hands. On sunny days we will meet out back under the Willow Tree where there are lots of places for people to sit and for children to play. On wet and windy days we will practice indoors.
We are always trying to keep our email list up to date, so please let us know if you have changed addresses, know of someone else who would like to be added to the list, or would like your name to be removed from the list.
Occasionally, we will send out a note to advertise other important martial arts in the Vancouver area but I try to keep the number of notes that you need to read or delete to a minimum. If you receive this twice could you please let me know the best email that I can use for you and I will update our address book so that you will get only one notice next time.
Anyone who has other events planned this year, please send us the dates so our push hands play days don’t conflict with your event.
We will add further dates once we have a chance review other scheduled events for this year.
