Master the traditional Yang-style Taijiquan Push Hands Full Curriculum!

On this weekend we will study 'Moving-step Four-square Push-hands' (Huobu Sizheng Tuishou). Four-hands provides the template for the practices which ultimately reveal the theory of taijiquan. As well, we will review the the eight changes of the four-hands circle.

'Four-hands' is the clearest expression of the peng, lü, ji, an method. It can be practiced with forward, backward and other timings as well as with directional changes and applications. The moving-step four-hands practices help practitioners to develop the footwork needed for supporting four-hands, dalü and applications.

There is a group of practitioners working weekly on review and preparation at the Centre de Tai Chi Gilles-Vaillant. Contact Réal Lalande (info below)
