Followed by friendship demonstrations and pot-luck dinner!  Bring something to share!

The Classical Curriculum

                    

A 4-Hour Workshop Taught by Senior CTF Members: 

Steve Higgins, Jonathan Krehm, Steve Yee;

 for The Canadian Taijiquan Federation,

Hosted by Cold Mountain Internal Arts.

       Resting-in, supporting, and the classical Yang in-line two and four-hand drills.

From the Wu tradition, four-hands engagement and stepping.

  Pulling it all together with free movement!

Saturday, February 21st, 2015, 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m(Includes time off for lunch!) 

$40 in advance, $50 at the door.  Space is limited due to room size (Narthex).  

Register now!  Early bird pricing ends on Valentine's Day, Saturday, February 14th, 2015.

How to pay in advance:  by cheque to the CTF 'snail mail' address, by credit card
