Sword Workshop - Yang 16 set with Laura Vonka

The 16 Sword Set has many of the Yang Style sword moves and gives the student opportunities to develop an appreciation of and the skills for longer sword sets.

Laura wishes to help all participants to prepare for, and to maximize their benefit from, Sifu Jill Heath's workshop scheduled at the Centre on March 27, 2009.
